In 2013, a major shift occurred: we entered a New Age or a new evolutionary cycle of humanity and planet Earth. A New Reality. This era is the Age of Harmony.
It is an Age of LUCID LIVING. Many cosmologies have prophesied this shift, we waited for it, and now it is here, so we can actually start to live it.
We are now experiencing a transition into this New Reality. It is changing our default state of being from constant doing, striving, and surviving to relaxing into Love as a state of being that effortlessly creates reality.
We have entered a period of a deep world-wide transformation in which each one of us is reconnecting to our Creative Personal Powers in the inner world of our own Consciousness.
We are aligning with our Natural State of Wholeness so we can blossom into our full spiritual fullness.
As humanity entered a New Reality in 2013, we are now encountering a shift in personal, collective, and planetary reality, even extending into stellar, galactic, and cosmic reality. Humanity is awakening dormant DNA. What we used to call junk DNA is no junk. It is our true spiritual anatomy, and it is coming back online.
IT IS A COMPLETE REGENERATION.
There is no stopping our shift back into our Natural State of Unity. This is no spiritual promise, but an energetic fact.
This New Reality or New Age has many names. The most well-known is the Age of Aquarius, but it is also called the Solar Age, the Age of Spirit, the Age of Harmony, and the Age of Unity Consciousness. They all point to the same thing: we are remembering the Self and returning to what I call simply the Natural State.
New guidance has been received from the Unified Field to help us navigate this New Age. Here, we explore the features of the New Reality.
REGENESIS
The current new era, or New Reality, is an era of REGENERATION.
This is why we can say that this is the Second Creation, because we are awakening dormant DNA. We are now normalising multidimensional experiences as a healthy perception of reality within human society. After all, being multidimensional is our Natural State.
Now we have a huge window of opportunity open to completely shift into a Reality where we are successfully directing our personal energies through the power of our INTENTION and STATE OF BEING.
It is reentering a state of PERSONAL CREATIVE POWER, where you FREELY create your own reality as well as participate in the collective creation of the New Reality.
Although this is a New Age, you have the remembrance of this age in your DNA because it is a state of being in union with all creation, and we are now returning to that state, but in a new, more evolved and expansive way, as a species and as a galactic culture.
The last cosmic cycle of Earth’s and human evolution, lasting 26,000 years ended in 2013, and now we are in the new Great Cycle, with a magnificent opportunity for profound self-transformation.
As we are now transitioning into the New Age of Harmony, we have an opportunity window open to a full-blown Second Creation, or REGENESIS.
We are experiencing a shift in consciousness: our collective dream of Earth is becoming more lucid, more loving, and more harmonious.
We already are Whole and directly connected to Source, but now we are remembering it and rejoicing in an individual and collective Regenesis.
This shift is a window for transcendence. For remembering that life is a dream and you are the dreamer. From that remembering, you start dreaming lucidly, or what I call LUCID LIVING. It is The Art of Consciousness.
LOVE IS THE ONLY REALITY
Love is the only reality.
It is an energetic fact, and you may see for yourself that no matter what, you can and do always return to Love.
In this New Reality, we are returning to our Natural State of direct connection to Source or LOVE FIELD.
In a nutshell, that means that not only do we create our reality through the power of our own intention, which is how the previous age functioned, but now what is more important is our state of being: the Natural State.
By state of being, I mean your home vibration. Love is the home vibration of the New Reality.
For example, if your state of being is not a vibrational match for abundance and loving relationships, you cannot receive them simply because the quality of your own energy generates your dream.
This means that you need to be able to manage not so much the techniques of visualisation and intention, but your own state of being. And that is achieved by entering inner stillness, a space within your own Heart. It is relaxing back into Love as the eternal background of our experiences.
It is not difficult. We have just forgotten in this last age that a LOVING STATE IS THE ACTUAL CREATION POINT and our home vibration.
Love as a frequency is the most powerful force there is in the whole Cosmos.
Now we are learning how to let go of old ways of being, creating, connecting, and even dying. Everything is changing, but it is actually just revealing to us what was always there, behind the veil: Eternal Self. We are Eternal Consciousness, and life is a dream shared by all of us. And this is a friendly Cosmos. We are relaxing back into Love.
We are now being roused into what lies beyond our previous and current life experiences, as well as beyond all our life experiences, our so-called incarnations. This is the True Self.
We have been taught to identify ourselves with our body and mind, with our bodily avatar, but we are so much more than we tend to think. We are an Eternal Self, a Self-Aware Consciousness.
But now we are stopping our habitual movement through life in automatic mode, on autopilot, and beginning to wake up to what is truly real. So, we are uniting with ourselves, or returning to ourselves, to our Natural State.
Now we are remembering, individual by individual, our direct connection with Source. The Real You, Raw, Unfiltered, Powerful, and Natural is coming online!
No matter what type of trauma, spiritual dogma, or belief system we were taught, each one of us has one purpose: to come back to Source, the Zero Point of All Union, in full remembrance of who we are as a beloved expression of ONE Eternal God-Source Consciousness.
Your loving relationship with Source comes first!
AWAKENING YOUR DREAM BODY
Most advanced civilisations use awareness as technology.
You exist on many levels, as you are a multidimensional being. Your 3D body, or your physical meat-and-bones suit, is what we have been taught to think of ourselves as during the previous age of historical materialism.
Your physical body has its twin, and it is your dream body, or 4D body. It is what the Egyptians called KA, your lightbody, or your etheric double. It is also your feminine, lunar, receptive side of the brain (perception). Also called the yin energy, or the state of being in unity and love.
It is also a Theta state of brainwaves, the dreaming, creative state in which we actually create (dream) our lives, but we have been taught to discard this dreamy reality (state of brainwaves) and therefore of our awareness, as just fantasy or daydreaming.
But this is our creative dream body! It is the cognition needed to live a lucid life: to truly practice free will and influence your life experience.
It is no more than remembering how to use both of your brain hemispheres, as well as relaxing back into the dreaming and creative part of your own self. This is why art is the way to heal yourself from the previous age of scientific materialism.
Every act of your attention is an act of creation.
We are now being pushed into a Spiritual Fire of Awakening. It means that we are no longer seekers of enlightenment, but are being actively initiated by Source to awaken through what we may call shocks to our systems. Whether they are NDEs (near-death experiences), which are very much Age of Harmony awakenings,mystical experiences, or simply interruptions to our normal life and perception (ego self), their purpose is to jolt us out of the old perception and show us that we are not just our bodies, that we continue as Spirits after we shed our physical bodies, that death is not what we were taught it is (it is a transit window only, just a door), that we DO create our experiences, and most importantly: that LOVE is the point, purpose, home base, and only reality.
Now we are in an Age where we are remembering that we are One Eternal Being, looking at itself through the eyes of myriad beings in a Mirror World. Everyone is your mirror because there is only One. However, you as an individual do have free will and a responsibility to wake up to your powers.
And every act of your attention is an act of creation. When you meditate, dream lucidly, imagine, and create (Theta!), you create your future experiences, as well as participate in the creation of our shared experience of New Reality. You send Love and you receive Love back.
To know your Self is not just introspection; it is resonance with the cosmic pattern that birthed all of creation.
HEALING AND RAISING CONSCIOUSNESS
The Age of Harmony brings (back) original energies and is a unique opportunity to awaken in the dream of life. As your DNA is awakening, intensified powers are becoming available to you. But you must be able to access them.
To awaken your creative dream body, healing is needed first. We are now extensively healing ourselves, which is why so many traumas are surfacing. But this process will not last forever because it is simply making way for our core, pure Self to become visible again.
Healing has two sides, and they are both happening simultaneously:
1. PURIFICATION: We purify our bodies and minds from toxins through emotional, physical, and mental purification.
2. INTENTION: We raise our consciousness deliberately by committing ourselves to REGENERATION into our Natural State.
Practically, it looks like consciously making daily decisions to stop feeding yourself toxins and instead taking in whatever raises your consciousness and puts you into a loving state of being, which is your original, Natural State.
Once the physical body is sufficiently purified, it can then open up to receiving the cellular systems of the creative dream body (or the light body). When we talk about twin flames reuniting, it is really our waking, daily persona reuniting with our etheric creative dream body. This reunion creates radiance in your DNA: you start shining.
Because this age is the Solar Age, you once again start shining like a star in your own dream life. This cellular transmutation is a sacred renewal of your power. It is a Second Creation.
REENTERING A STATE OF PERSONAL POWER
We are expanding beyond our physical selves, into our Source selves.
You can experience this expansion in your awareness as reunion with your own Source INSIDE.
From this state of Wholeness, you can observe the action around you and participate at the same time. You are no longer just driven by the script of your life story, but are able to consciously choose for yourself.
But this is possible only if you are stable enough in the dream of your life. To stabilize, you need to have enough energy. Your energy comes naturally when you are in your Personal Power. To be able to perceive your life from your Authentic Point of View, you must purify and intend to raise your consciousness beyond limiting beliefs and bodily stored traumatic memories. Nobody can do that for you, not even Source, because the purpose of a life experience is for you to practice free will. So, practice it.
No damage is ever done, since reality is a hologram. Linear time exists only in 3D, while you are an Eternal Being. But while dreaming your life, all happenings seem real, and they do have consequences.
Nobody will judge you for whatever you did or did not do. It is just that the intention is to remember how to live Love. So that is your main compass, always and in all situations. No amount of physical manipulation will replace a loving state of being. Ever. Love is the only reality.
Therefore, let’s simplify: we are guided by Love in the New Age. That means that our task is:
CHOOSING JOY: consciously seeking pleasure and joy as a state of being (relaxation, nature, art, savoring simple pleasures, celebrating Life)
Because, in the New Reality, it is most beneficial to replace negative reflexes (anger, resentment, being offended, jealousy) with consciously sending love. The world, like a mirror, reflects one’s attitude.
Radiating love causes it to return, increasing Personal Energy.
For your CONSCIOUS AWAKENING, you must recognise and dismantle old core beliefs (self-imposed obstacles) and reenter a state of your Personal Power:
I AM ALL-POSSIBLE.
What we call our waking life is actually a dream in consciousness, and we are learning how to lucidly dream while awake.
The ability to influence your reality is equal to your ability to focus your attention and state of being into Love, because every act of attention is an act of creation. This means awakening to negative emotions (attitudes) and choosing better for yourself.
Mastering your own attention is key, as your reality is a direct reflection of what your attention is focused on. If we habitually put ourselves down, we can also choose to LOVE AND RESPECT OURSELVES.
You have been trained to shrink yourself. You can now, in the New Reality, return yourself to SHINING.
RETURNING TO YOUR NATURAL STATE
Returning to your Natural State means overcoming self-imposed obstacles. We have inherited our current self-images, including our shared reality, from the old age, layered with limiting projections. We are now consciously deconstructing limiting beliefs and replacing them with Love.
The most successful way to achieve this is to actively REWIND YOUR LIFE (which is also called a LIFE REVIEW) to a time when you felt, often in childhood or adolescence, strong, free, and capable of anything. It is a most Natural State for you, a state of flow, harmony, peace, vitality, belonging, and power. It is your state of Personal Power, and it is felt from the INSIDE and has nothing to do with the current circumstances in your life. It is your default, Natural State.
Because we all ARE LOVE in our essence. And we just put on identities from lifetime to lifetime.
For me, this state of Personal Power is recollected as a feeling from my early childhood, of being IN LOVE with everyone and everything in my world, of course, not romantically, but unconditionally, without the filter that was created when I was growing up, which was actually growing down in awareness, as we, as children, are naturally open and loving.
Then I saw the world and all people, animals, and even my reflection in the mirror as beautiful and alive. I see that now, too.
It is not so difficult to remember LOVE, but to be able to reenter it as a permanent state of being, it is necessary to purify and choose it, over and over, until it becomes the new normal.
This authentic state is the key to unlocking your potential because it is the REFERENCE STATE to COMPLETE REGENERATION, SECOND CREATION, REBIRTH, RENEWAL, REJUVENATION, RESURRECTION of your Real Self.
Awakening to this Authentic Point of View means transcending not only this identity, but all incarnations. It is seeing your Essence Self.
That brings us to the fundamental question every one of us needs to ask ourselves now:
Who am I?
Not in a superficial sense, but identify from your direct experience, who is the true self behind all identities (social and personal constructs)? Sleeping characters in a dream cannot answer this, but you can, as an awakened individual:
I AM MYSELF. I SEE MYSELF AND I SEE REALITY.
See for yourself. You will find God-Self.
LIVING IN OUR NATURAL STATE
The Process of Regeneration is simple:
Enter the state of Theta (Personal Power, calm, dreaming, love, meditation, or whatever you personally feel as your individual doorway, as we all have our own) and expand your attention, explode your biofield by evoking the feelings of:
I AM IN A STATE OF POWER!
I AM MYSELF.
I SEE MYSELF AND I SEE REALITY.
Moreover, you should allow yourself to dwell in this state much more than in the state you are used to thinking of as your normal reality, because that was just an intense state of survival. In the New Age of Harmony, Love is the most powerful force, so don’t waste your energy on survival. You are already taken care of. Now, create Art.
Because the old paradigm, Time is Money, is dead. The new paradigm is:
TIME IS ART.
AND YOU ARE A CONSCIOUSNESS ARTIST, CREATING FROM WITHIN.

living through Love, Presence, and Unity Perception
using our Personal Creative Power (power of our own existence) to create from the state of Unconditional Love, which is also a Miracle frequency and our Natural State
creating through Heart-to-Heart connection with other human beings while co-creating with the Earth’s intelligent energetic grid
living in harmony with Natural Time cycles through the 13 Moon Galactic Calendar, which transcends 3D linear time and synchronizes us with Natural Time (Time is Art!)
embracing simpler yet beautiful Artistic ways of living, inspired by Universal Love as our guiding force
embodying our Soul’s desires as unique missions or galactic identities, opening us into true Abundance
honoring Sexual Energy as a Creative Life Force, embodying conscious relationships
living the Law of One through the lived recognition of Unity and conscious contribution to collective Harmony.
